We bought our trampoline 17 years ago from thus company and I have to say, I will never shop anywhere else. The quality of this trampoline is top notch. It has survived so many storms, several teens and adults using at the same time and many years of fun.
Purchased the All American Trampoline (7'x14') in 1990 and it has been the absolute best!!! Even though our neighborhood was saturated with trampolines this was the go-to tramp for all the kids because it has such a great bounce. Also several kids can jump at once without being thrown into eachother.
I ordered a relacement mat and some new springs for a trampoline that is 20+ years old. When I called, the employee was helpful and friendly. The items arrived in a timely manner. Following the instructions given over the phone we easily replaced the new mat for the old.
Getting a new trampoline net from these guys was great, and they were very accommodating and fast in response time. So far, the net has proven to be quite capable and good quality!
