My girls wanted to go to a trampoline park for their birthday and we had a few bad experiences with Urban Air so we decided to try something new. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn’t matter like what grip socks are worn. But rules were enforced where they mattered.
Great place for kids. Lots of space, very very safe. Excellent service both at front desk and on the trampolines. Good party rooms and seating spaces for side parties. I like that there are sections of different activities like dodgeball. Walls are also protected with padding. Loved it.
The park is a little expensive, and I think the party packages could include a few more perks for the price. However, thanks to Ms. Janae, who was willing to work with me on the pricing, I was able to book a birthday party for my son, which I truly appreciate Now we can celebrate his birthday without any worries.
Altitude in Grapevine is a great place to let the kids burn off energy, but Janae is the real MVP! She was so helpful, quick, and her customer service is top-notch. Thank you for taking such leadership should absolutely take notice of her—she is exactly the kind of person who elevates your brand.
