What parents say
As a parent of a 6-year-old, we are regulars at indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks around the Bay Area (Sky Zone, etc.), so we were excited to check out the new Altitude in Milpitas. Here is my honest take—especially regarding the high rating you might see here. The Good: The actual structures are decent.
I’m from the LA area and I really like the Altitude Trampoline Park locations there, so I decided to check out the Milpitas location at Great Mall while visiting. I have to say—this one completely beat my expectations. It is a fantastic spot for families and groups.
Overall, it was such a fun place for young kids and toddlers. Checking in took a long time, given it was the day after Christmas. When we ordered food, half the items were not available. So we ended up with mozzarella sticks and french fries. The staff said they ran out of potato fries, pretzel bites, and nachos.
Not a bad place to kill a few hours. Marcel was helpful and always keeping kids safe by scanning the play area. Staff are always busy here but the busy place keep kids entertained. Membership fee is pretty good actually. Overall a great place to let kids burn energy.
