We loved bringing our six-year-old grandson. Here.he has a high energy level. LOL, it's a great atmosphere for the little ones. He always has lots of fun and has a blast coming here. Staff are great. I do have a suggestion, I know.
Friday morning junior jump was awesome! A very clean facility and equipment was in working order. Plenty for the children as well as adults observing. The bathrooms were clean as well. The only issue that I had found, and reported to the front desk, was that the men's room changing table was broken.
I just wanted to give my biggest compliments to one of your staff(maybe manager) at the Oswego location Aaron(sp?) and another staff member which I did not get their name. I came here for my daughter’s birthday with 6 of her friends on short notice and they were SO kind and accommodating.
Altitude has a lot of fun activities for kids, not just only jumping on trampolines! There are several trampoline activities as well, like racing down long run way, clock spin, and dodgeball..just to name a few. In addition this place has slides, tunnels, and an obstacle course which makes it fun for all ages!
