Been here daily the past few days and the kids are loving it! Yes they are working out the kinks so a little patience goes a long way. Many people are also buying memberships so it takes a little while sometimes. Word of advice buy your membership before you come. Tons of info online.
My son was invited to a birthday party that we attended. It was a great experience for our first time birthday event. (We have been here before at the Tampa location and it was not as good as this one was.) The female staff that was handling our birthday party event did a great job handling everything!
Place is great for kids. I went here for the first time today with my daughter. The seating options is definitely limited to the parents when this place is busy. I about busted my butt in the ladies room with that rug they had under the dryer, caught myself though.
We had such a great experience at Altitude Trampoline Park! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean, organized, and fun for all ages. The highlight of our visit was definitely the amazing customer service—Manager Toni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
