First time here let me say they have very good customer service with a professional attitude. All the members of staff are upbeat and enthusiastic. ELIZABETH was very helpful and answered all our questions. SANDRA was very sweet and patient, made sure area was safe in order for the kids to proceed.
This place is unbelievable!!! (In a good way 😂) especially because of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive from the moment we walked in. The staff did a great job making sure everyone was safe while still letting the kids have fun, which really stood out.
I’ve brought my two kids (6 and 8 years old) here twice now and both times have been a success. It’s about the price as Chucky Cheese and they get some great exercise while having fun indoors. For those few times the weather in SoCal isn’t outdoor activity friendly this is a great option.
We went on a Sunday afternoon for my son's baseball team party. The facility itself was great. Reasonable price, staff was nice and everything seemed clean. It was just depressing to see most parents sitting on their phone. We'll try going again during non peak hours.
