We were traveling through to get to our cottage in pentwater so I had my choice of three trampoline parks. I chose this place because of how they responded to the negative comment that was recently left. The staff here were absolutely wonderful, they gave all the kids extra time very laid-back very clean place.
We brought our kids today and they all had a great time!! The hubby and I thought we would indulge ourselves in the massage chairs for our first time... And I have to say maybe waivers for those aggressive dogs should be a thing.
Altitudes has been awesome for my family. The staff is VERY friendly and welcoming, the facility is a perfect size and noise level. The monthly fee is also very affordable. We also recently had a birthday party here, which was also a great experience. We love having fun here!
I am a busy, hardworking single mom of a very active and creative boy and we love coming out here. My son is looking forward to make new friends! The atmosphere is great and we love the music. The staff are friendly and outgoing and the place is neat, clean, and organized.
