We’ve had a membership at Big Air for almost two years, and it’s always been such a great spot for our family. CLEAN, welcoming, and staffed by people who are kind and patient. We finally decided to host our son’s fifth birthday party there, and Kristy was a total rockstar.
First time at Big Air and we had an awesome experience with our six-year-old. Michael C was super helpful during check-in and explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated. He was also incredibly kind and patient, letting our kid try all the activities—especially the zip line and the shark.
This is by far one of our Sons favorite places to be! We have been members for about a year now & it has been money & time well spent. The employees care about keeping the environment SAFE & CLEAN! We come here at least once a week & our 5 year old never can get enough.
Just left Big Air after celebrating my son’s birthday. It was amazing! The kids had the best time with plenty of obstacles, trampolines, and activities. They had the food and refreshments waiting for us in the party room after our jump time ended.
