Very spacious and organized. Enjoyed being able to walk freely about with stroller. My kids also played freely and are able to let loose. Also the staff is really nice. Thanks big Air for the good time tonight. I drove 45 + minutes just to go to this big Air. Always a pleasure
Came on Tuesday at 1p, special deal was 2 hours for $18! Great price & atmosphere…not crowded! Easy to do a waiver online (also have Kiosks at entrance)and to check-in. Purchased socks for $4, when we paid. Staff was friendly and placed armband on our Granddaughter, and off she went to play!

If you’re thinking about booking a birthday party for your little ones this is definitely your place ! I had my child’s birthday party here and everything was phenomenal. All of the staff members and my party host Theo were so kind and helpful to me and my guests.
