My name is Marissa Logan, I’m posting this review on a friends account. We had my daughter’s birthday here yesterday 11/28/2025, We were there from 4:30-7pm, and our party host I believe her name was Moni. She Was outstanding. I mean the best party host we’ve ever had here.
We have never been to this big air before but I decide to book a birthday party online for March 21,2026 from 6-8:40. And let me just say Everyone had a blast, From the glow jumping, rock climbing to the obstacle course!! Our hostess was Alaja and she was awesome!
Big air laurens is amazing. It was so enjoyable. Clean. And the staff was super helpful, polite and patient. We have a 5yr old 4 yr old and 1 yr old and everyone treated us wonderfully. This has been a great experience. We will be back! Also Shane Quinn the GM was great👍 thank you big air for a special day.
My kids had so much fun on my daughter’s bday and the staff was amazing Zach is a great employee he was watching all the kids and making sure they were following the rules!! Caylee did great too, and they were very knowledgeable.
