We had the most amazing time at Big Air celebrating my daughter Zoey's 9th birthday on May 16th, and it would not have been the same without two incredible team members — Alex and Aziz! Alex was absolutely fantastic at coordinating the kids' wristbands and making sure every child was ready to jump and play.
Ava, JP and Mariah were fantastic! They helped the party flow smoothly. The manager/supervisor in charge of the party department was incredibly kind and eager to ensure everything ran smoothly. However, the left side front and check-in area needed some assistance.
My daughter and I had an amazing time at Big Air CLT! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My 9-year-old daughter had an absolute blast, and so did I! This place is much more than just fun—it’s a fantastic way to stay active.
I had my daughter’s 9th birthday here on 03/28/2026 and we had a very memorable experience. Our history Aziz went above and beyond and made sure our party was great . He helped with everything from decorating, serving to cleaning after and paid attention to every detail.
