It seems to be one of the better run trampoline parks we've been to. There was actual staff around the play area to somewhat monitor the action or assist the kids on certain obstacles. They regulated the number of people at play by the hour, so even on the super busy rainy day, the play floor didn't seem overcrowded.
Easy and quick tickets online. Also signed the waiver online. It was nice to come in a get started right away. We got there when it first opened and it was empty so a perfect hour all to ourselves!
The kids absolutely love it here. They are constantly asking to go back. We typically get the 1-hour jump time and by the end of the hour, the kids are exhausted. Great way for them to burn energy and have a great time doing it. I especially like the toddler area for my little one.
Took my family here this morning as soon as they opened. They absolutely loved everything about this place. Plenty of activities and space for everyone to play and have a blast doing it. Faculty was very clean from the front to the restrooms. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
