If you’re looking for a great workout with amazing instructors definitely check out Fly High! Mary and Yolanda are both fantastic instructors who make sure to take the time to not only teach you the steps, but also help you learn to trust the bungees! They will push you to be your best and to have fun.
All of the staff was super friendly and the instructor was very thorough with giving instructions during the class. I highly recommend trying them out whether you're trying to find fun way to work out or just looking for something to do over the weekend. Overall 5 out of 5!
This is the most amazing class ever! I have severe arthritis and my acl has been replaced. It is so nice having a clas that I can do with ease. It was so great that I Immediately bought a membership !
Brought my team here for some last minute team building. The class was super fun and there were lots of laughs to be had, if I lived in the area I would definitely become a member.
