My 4 year old had fun. I wouldn't want to be here when it's super crowded especially with a little one. Unless you pay to jump, the observation area is too far to keep an eye on your kid so I ended up going in. There are accessible areas for adults to navigate while the kids take the more challenging routes.
My granddaughter had fun jumping. Sliding and playing in the ball pits but my problem was the restroom toilets didn’t flush and they were not clean enough or maintained properly for the women and girls. I can’t speak on the men’s restroom.
So this is coming from someone who’s pretty picky — honestly, this place isn’t bad at all! We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here. I originally wanted a private room, but they were already booked for the times we needed, so we settled for a table.
Visiting from MS and decided to pop in on a Monday. My 1yo & 16yo had the best time. I read some of the previous reviews- the staff I encountered was friendly & they had security doing walk throughs
