Lena and her team were awesome! We had to move our party due to weather and Lena was very helpful. We loved the dazzling combo castle. The way the bounce house was designed flowed really well with the basketball hoop and slide. The kids went around and around in circles and had a blast.
I recently rented several bounce houses from Jump City for our charity event, and I truly couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Lena and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Lena is awesome, she is direct and very knowledgeable about the products and very responsive. We have used them for two large Halloween parties and they have not disappointed. They arrive on time with very clean products.
