If you have kids, Jumping World is your one stop shop! There are many activities to do for all ages so everyone can explore and enjoy this awesome facility! The Staff is led by GM Tiffany who goes above and beyond for her patrons. Her exceptionally trained staff were so friendly and professional.
We have gone to this place twice. Both times it was not clean and something is always broken. Honestly, my 4 yr old loves it, but he doesn't notice the things I would. The customer service is okay. Someone is always on their cellphone and not paying attention.
I found out about this place through Groupon and thought it would be a great way to wear my kids and nieces out for the night so I could wrap Christmas gifts in peace. There was plenty for the kids (ages 4-8) to do for the hour we were here and the car ride home was SO quiet.
My nieces and grandkids had a great time. That 60 minutes of jumping time went way too fast for them! They jumped, ran, played on the obstacles, and finished off the day with a few games and the go karts. My 16-year-old also had fun.
