Best place ever to take your kids! Facility is clean and the staff is truly amazing! So welcoming and caring. Kianna was so helpful as it was our first time there! She literally treated us like royalty. 10 out of 10 !
We hosted our daughter’s 11th birthday celebration at Launch and we are so happy we did. She said it was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Easy check in for the kids, access to the entire venue (jumping, obstacle course, etc) game room and all. From the parent’s perspective I love that it’s a very clean park.
I want to give a special shoutout to Mayleen at Launch Trampoline Park. She was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe.
