Spectacular! Well lit, clean, spacious, visible staff presence, amazing customer service! There is so much seating throughout. Adults are encouraged to play with their children as the equipment will accommodate them. There is a designated area for the tiny tots! There is a nice cafe with a wide range of goodies!
Kate was a delight, she came up to my family and I to ask if we were doing okay and if we needed anything. Lava Island is a nice clean family friendly indoor recreational place for families of all ages. I appreciated that the entire family is able to have fun and play.
I went back and forth whether this should be a 5 or 4 star rating, since there's no half stars. I opted for the 5-star because my kids and our guests really enjoyed the party. Plus, Celeste (our party hostess) was amazing! And we are already planning to take the kids back.
Love this place ! It is so much better the wild catz ! I love it because we can get in and play with the kids , and they have everything there ! Trampoline, jungle gym etc . The food is not over priced and very good ! The staff are absolutely amazing!! The staff make it ten times better !
