What parents say
This place is awesome! It has tons of little interactive things for the kids. It has so much packed into one area. They definitely put some time into the layout and design. Lots to climb and just let kids be kids while they can explore.
Such a cool place! It’s huge and the play areas are well designed. Can entertain a 9 year old all the way to a 3 year old. It’s also great as there is only one entrance and exit so you can feel comfortable and safe with kids playing. Food is also really great! The chicken nuggets are crispy and perfectly cooked!
This place is awesome! The owner Jersey is very friendly, we live about 30 minutes out but still bought a membership as the pricing was too good not to leave behind! It isn’t super huge or super small, my kids LOVE the ball pit with the interactive screen!
Mermaid Bay was a blast for my almost 3 year old! The theme is super cool, and everything is in theme very well including the tunnels, trampolines, even stuff on the ceiling and floor! My 9 month old even enjoyed crawling around and climbing on the smaller sized fixtures.
Bringing a toddler?

Sensory-friendly jump times
Mermaid Bay Kids Indoor Play is mentioned for sensory-friendly sessions — typically quieter jump times with the music down and the crowds capped. Schedules for these change, so call ahead to confirm the next session before you go.
