I love taking my kid here !!! Very fun and interactive we have the a great time every visit. The membership was the best option it allows unlimited fun especially on the days my kid needs to burn off energy. Thanks to the kind staff always checking on the parents and keeping the extra eye out for the children.
Overall, great time at ninja kids Came on a Saturday night, a little busy - But overall good experience. Just a small misunderstanding regarding the socks, the attendant asked if we needed socks, but I didn't realize they were required.
Crowd was much more manageable than last time we visited, which I was happy for. I wish a couple of things: the snack bar served coffee, even cold; socks got restocked more regularly. Today also I noted a good size chunk out of the pad in the center of the jumping arena.
I threw a party for my kid here and it was a very nice arrangement! I brought themed decorations but the area was so nicely decorated I didn’t even bother. Most of all, shout out to our host, Tayy!! Service was top tier, sweetest person, and was incredibly attentive and patient with us! Overall wonderful experience.
