ON THE REBOUND

On The Rebounder is hands down one of the most effective (and FUN) workouts I’ve ever done. It’s a full-body sculpt on a trampoline, but don’t be fooled—it’s low impact and insanely powerful. You’re sweating, toning, strengthening, and getting your heart rate up all at once, without the strain of traditional workouts.

Amazing gym with an even more amazing instructor! you’re constantly moving, having fun, and somehow every single muscle gets worked. The combination of cardio, muscle strength using the trampoline, and meditation is just smart and really covers everything in one session.

What a fun class! The owner/instructor gave great directions and made it easy to follow along. The studio is clean and there’s plenty of parking right out front. Highly recommend!
