We had a fantastic time celebrating my son’s 5th birthday on 7/16. From the moment we walked in the door, our experience was exceptional. The young lady at the front desk was personable, super kind, and accommodating. Our party team was top-tier! Jordan and crew were simply the best!
I appreciate Pump it up’s party Helpers which made transitioning from the bounce rooms to the party room to providing a roller cart to help take presents, food and items out to your car that alone is worth much!
Today was our first time there and we had our daughters 12th. This place was awesome and I only gave it 4⭐ bcz I wish they had more stuff in the rooms. One thing I ABSOLUTELY loved is that we had the rooms all to ourselves!! No other kids or adults to fight with over the inflatables🤣. My 2 year old also had a blast!
