I booked my 4 year olds birthday at “Pump It Up” I purchased the bubble bash and photos. The bubble bash never happened and I received a few photos mostly of the guests backs, none of the group.
Anna and her staff were amazing today for my daughters 7th birthday. Although there were many rules that we had to learn they made us happy and comfortable. The team went above and beyond to make my daughters party a blast for all. Outstanding customer service and patience.
A Fun Spot for Kids, But Could Use Some Parent-Friendly Improvements I recently visited Pump it Up in Santa Rosa with my kids, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all the kids had a great time and were safe.
I've had several birthday parties here for my kids and it's ALWAYS a great time! half the price of rebounders and you get entire place to yourself. WAY BETTER DEAL! on top of that the staff is amazing. the assistant manager is fantastic and has done a great job with my last 2 parties.
