Super friendly staff. All places where the kids played were clean. No odor anywhere - and I have a nose like a hound dog. I'd return for sure. It is a nice indoor place for kids to burn off energy. My only suggestion is update those bathrooms. All the doors are bent and barely close, letalone lock.
Our party was big and they tried hard to accommodate us. Everyone had fun, we were all together and enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn't say the service was great or that the workers had a good attitude. It was later in the evening and you could definitely tell they didn't want to be there.
If you want to spend 1bil $ to have your kid work out their energy, from the tips of their toesy toes to the sweat dripping from their hair, this is the place. Is it expensive? Yes. But you don't get that trampoline taste for free anymore.
Fun just had my daughters 7th birthday there it was great they assign a staff member to ur party and they do everything like having an extra set of hands and they aren't the cheapest but they definitely aren't the most expensive either.
