Edit : We came back and purchased an Elite membership. We visited at 11am on Wednesday, so it was empty. There was a team member named Conner; he was very friendly and played with my kids most of the time (we stayed over 4 hrs). All the workers are very nice.
Kids loved this new trampoline park opened in the heart of Frisco. Clean and well maintained amenities. Birthday parties room also available and Staff are courteous. It’s not too crowded and there’s always some staff attending the attractions. The birthday packages are reasonable and there’s ample free parking outside.
We celebrated my son’s 8th bday here yesterday and besides the fact that the park is simply amazing for kids as much as it is for adults, checking in and prepping was a breeze from the moment we walked in.
I see a lot of negative reviews for SkyZone Frisco, but I can speak for myself and my family and say that we had an AMAZING time for my daughter’s 7th birthday , September 20th.
