Took my daughter and niece for a little jumping, they had a blast. We went on a Saturday evening before Neon Jump. so we had about an hr jump time. The Line was long because there was only 1 computer to do the waiver form. So I did it on my phone while in line and went to pay.
The only reason Rockin Jump doesn't have a perfect 5 stars is because their staff is not attentive (they're young and spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of looking out for kids' safety). Today I asked a young man to tell the kids "no throwing balls at faces/ no hitting in the face".
Nice, clean, large facility with reasonable prices for unlimited jump. The staff was friendly, concession food was decent as to be expected, but prices are a bit high. Also, expect to wait for your food.
I am visiting right now and the manager Ms. Tameka is so outstanding my review could not wait. This woman has provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in the door with 6 kids. We are visiting family from Ohio. This place is clean and her staff were all really nice and helpful.
