Absolutely amazing! We came here for the first time and after 20 minutes immediately sign up for a membership we come back almost every day. My 10-year-old son brings all his friends and everyone’s signs up for memberships. It is the most fun best value in the northwest suburbs. The Safi is excellent.
We visited Sky Zone in Algonquin over the weekend and overall had a good experience. The facility still feels pretty new and was noticeably clean, which I really appreciated. They were running a BOGO deal, so it was a great way to take the kids out and let them burn off some energy.
We had such an amazing experience at Sky Zone! From the moment we walked in, you could tell how well it was run. The facility was incredibly clean — and not just surface clean.
Birthday party was a hit with the kiddos! Friendly customer service from the start—when I called with a few questions, the general manager actually answered the phone and was very helpful and welcoming. When we arrived to check in our birthday guests, the staff was patient and organized.
