We have fantastic time at Rockin Jump, despite first time celebrating our kid’s birthdays there. It was an excellent experience. Joanna our host was very helpful and professional. Fantastic location. I'd been to other locations and thought I wasn't a Skyzone fan after that, but I went to a party here with my son which led into me having his party here which led into me buying a membership today. The staff is professional, attentive to the rules and very kind with the kids.
We arrived early in the day and the kids had a blast. We left for lunch and returned. There were so many kids and adults there it was a challenge to find places to explore. Overall it was clean and the staff were very efficient.
We just celebrated my son's 10th birthday there today and bought the Mega party package. It was SO worth every penny!! I have had the best experience with every interaction with the staff and our party host, Talib, needs a raise.🙌 He was so genuinely kind, thoughtful, and attentive.
