We had a birthday party for our grandson here. They were professional and accommodating. They took our ice cream cake to a freezer, then brought it out early enough that we could cut it without a chainsaw - which was good because I left mine home.
This was the first time my kids played at Sky Zone. They had fun! There are trampolines, basketball, dodgeball, an obstacle course and ladder, joust, warp walls and rock climbing with soft blocks underneath. The blocks are fun to stack and barrel through too. The rules for each area are clearly marked.
My son had a blast we were there for a birthday party. We got there at check-in and it was fairly quick. The party room was a little dirty had to keep wiping dirt and crumbs off my socks. Play areas were pretty clean and staff always looking around and present.
