We had my son’s birthday today at Skyzone. Our host, Abby, was so helpful and kind. I talked to the manager, Brandon, by phone for coordination and today at the store. He too was helpful and kind. Our party ran smoothly and they were open early for our party to start at 10.
I am writing a review from when we had a birthday party for my 11 yo a couple of Months ago. Hali was very awesome hosting our daughter’s birthday party. Staff was able to accommodate a room for us due to ADA accommodation. The staff were nice and no complaints. Pricing is just a little high.
Fantastic park all around! Great employees and fun managers to keep the atmosphere family friendly. Plenty of attractions to enjoy I find myself regularly attending the park. Additionally walking in you immediately get welcomed in by smiles, and a strong smell of fresh food from the cafe.
Great place for the grandkids! Their manager Mike is very hands on and accessible!! Feel as if we are treated like family business that truly cares about your experience. We got their summer pass which is a great deal. Cassidy checked us in such a sweetheart (as is Mike).
