My toddler and I came in for the first time ever and had an amazing experience for many reasons but mostly because of Ms. Paula! She is super friendly and you can tell she loves what she does and takes care of that place like she built it herself! She was making sure everything was clean, safe and running well!
We had a blast here with my 9, 10, 12 year old kids and 5 year old nephew. Arrived at 1pm Sunday and by 2pm it was a mad house. The largest trampoline is out of service which means older kids came over to the toddler area at times. Stick with weekdays if you have younger kids.
Great place, I would suggest keeping a close eye on your kids because it is friendly for all ages. Some of the bigger kids can be a bit rough and disrespectful. All in all a pretty nice place
We had the best experience just now.At skyzone. We had previously been awarded make-up passes because of some miscommunication between the staff and my family. Upon our return, the front desk staff let us know that they were no longer able to use those make up passes.
