Had the best time here! I love that kids 6 and under have their own dedicated time from 9-10am each day (except Sundays since they open at 11). Parents also jump free during this time. After 9pm, it’s teens and adults only. Must bring or buy grippy socks for about $3. Keep them and bring them back to save money!
We tried out Defy Roanoke tonight for the first time to celebrate my daughter's first day back to school. I cannot believe how wonderful it was! The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The kids had so much fun! Towards the end of our time my daughter landed hard and didn't get right back up.
It’s been a few years since my first visit to Sky Zone Roanoke, VA. What a positive change! I have 5 kids, ages 1-16, and every child found at least one thing to enjoy during our time there. The oldest found basketball and dodgeball as well as others his age to team up with.
I have not visited this establishment in two years, and since then, both ownership and the name have changed. The current iteration, Skyzone, represents a significant improvement. Firstly, I would like to commend their customer service. Nick, the General Manager of Skyzone, is truly exceptional.
