Overall very good experience. This was my first time at skyzone - I had my 7 year old and my nearly 2yr old with me. My review is based on attending a birthday party. It’s a large facility in the back of an industrial building - there were plenty of signs so it was not hard to find.
Went for a birthday party, while the venue was pretty empty on a Saturday morning, staff was scarce. They seemed real short staffed no one was on the floor to ensure rules were followed. This was worrisome as the party was for 4 and 5 year olds and could easily be trampled.
Nothing short of amazing when planning our son’s 7th birthday party! This was our first — but certainly not our last — birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park.
We did a birthday party here, and there were a few staff and that stood behind the counter refusing to help and when people asked for snacks and drinks only one staff named Julian would keep doing it all! He was doing the front check in, the snack area, and our party!
