I raised my rating from one star to four stars. The place is fun, my kids like going there. I've seen better trampoline parks but it's nearby and clean. The reason for the original one star and the follow-up with four stars is for the lack of transparency with their membership program.
Great place but they have to get rid of the massage chairs they are incredible obnoxious and loud. I have seen people leave due to it since their kids have special needs and can't take the constant beeping. Staff doesn't do anything to remove people and the. you have like 6-7 chairs beeping all over the place.
My family had an amazing experience at Sky Zone South Plainfield! The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had a great time. A special thank you Joelle for their outstanding customer service and positive attitude. They went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.
Going to Skyzone have been one of the most exciting experiences that I've enjoyed on my life. Emil is someone very diligent, friendly and respectful with each costumer, it was very funny to talk to him.
