We had my sons 12th birthday here yesterday and it went perfect! We hadn't been since it turned into Skyzone but we were pleasantly surprised at the updates that they made. My kids love the high jump, this is why he picked skyzone over the other trampoline places (so glad you guys kept it!
This was our first time here. Saturday at about 10:30am with 3 kids between 7 and 14 years old. We purchased 1hr play time. You need to have grip socks and they cost about $3-$4 each person. Signing up initially is tricky but the staff was very helpful.
I had a really great experience here at Sky Zone. My husband unfortunately lost his phone in the foam pit. The waiver clearly states they aren’t liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items, but the staff still went out of their way to help us. They even allowed us to come in after hours to search for it.
We had a GREAT experience here for our daughter's 6th birthday party! Unfortunately, there was super bad traffic and by half way through our jump time, only half the kids had made it. I asked if there was any way that we could get an extra 30 minutes of time after our party room time.
