I had my daughter seventh birthday here, and our experience was absolutely exceptional! The staff were attentive, very friendly with the kids, well organized, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter‘s special day was perfect. The food was perfect, arrived on time, and was absolutely delicious!
I highly recommend one of the most reasonably priced ways to have a party. The kids have a blast, and pizza and soda/water are included in the packages. If you go, request Cooper as your host.
Smooth check in, all children/jumpers need a waiver signed before entry. We didn't have tickets or appt, that's ok during "open play" (most hours). Each jump area is monitored by staff!! Rooms for parties, videos games and... Massage chairs for parents in jumping area to monitor from nearby and relax!!
We celebrated my son's 5th birthday party at the Vacaville location. We had an amazing experience and our host (Lilly O.) was beyond amazing! It was Pokemon themed and she hand drew a Pikachu on the window for him. 10/10!!!
