Celebrated my 6 year olds birthday a few weeks ago! I was stuck between launch the newer trampoline park and Sky Zone. Construction of new attraction was underway at the time but they let us know when booking.
Tyler at Sky Zone Vernon Hills went above and beyond for my family. I wasn’t able to attend my niece’s birthday party, and he kindly helped me arrange a surprise cotton candy that said “From Aunt” so she could still feel my love from afar. What may seem like a small gesture truly meant so much to us.
Updated Review (1.5 years later): I had left a negative review before — many areas of the park were quite run-down, the staff wasn’t very engaged, and it wasn’t clear why we were paying for a membership when half the park always seemed to be “under maintenance.” Now, 1.5 years later, I was really pleasantly surprised!
Always clean and the pizza and fries are really good there. They have a new slide and kids are crazy about it! Everything is pretty strict and the staff is very professional. The prices are reasonable compared to other jump centers not so well maintained.
