VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE! When I walked in, I was welcomed by kind employees who helped me get started. I signed the waver and got started. I bought the Xmas punch special for $30/kid and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT (refer to picture). It doesn't expire, so we can come back until all squares are used up!
What a fun place. Went with family for a birthday party. We were there when they first opened and pretty much had the place to ourselves for most of the hour of bouncing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs.
Grandbaby had her birthday party here, and didn't want to leave. She was scared when we 1st arrived but after about 10 minutes she was having a blast.
Update: things have changed for the better. Staff was very attentive and place was relatively clean. I actually observed employees cleaning from top to bottom. I'm so glad to see this as we will be joining the fight club. Keep this place clean and keep updating it and you will get more traffic.
