Birthday party execution was seamless. The Staff: Every team member was friendly and helpful. Vladimir was our party host and he was very thoughtful and attentive. Before I could make a request, he already thought of it and handled it.
Cute indoor play for children. They have a smaller area in the back for smaller children. Different rooms are available for birthday parties. An area for the birthday person to take pics. Once the waiver is filled out, you get a green band and the socks. There is a snack area available and several places to sit.
What a clean friendly and safe trampoline park. So many things to try and do for kids of all ages. Comfortables spaces for parents to sit and watch. The management and workers here are top notch too. Manager Nick really made sure our trip was special. And Jonae was super friendly checking us in.
We had such a great experience at Sky Zone! We walked in on a very busy day with multiple parties going on, and despite the chaos, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nick, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and took the time to explain the monthly membership.
