I have communicated (both verbally and in person) with Skywalker's customer service at least five times over the last four years to order and pick up new parts for my excessively used trampoline. I've received nothing but excellent service. The trampoline is top notch as well as the companies customer service.
Stellar customer service! We ordered a trampoline through Sam's Club from Skywalker and it was subsequently blown away and broken. They requested we package up the remains and sent us a new one for free. We were extremely impressed. The trampoline quality was also great. Would recommend to anyone!
