Great place and experience for family. Reasonable prices for 90 and 120 min sessions. Socks cost 4.99 and they are very much needed. This place is for all ages but caution for adults because it’s very physical.
1st thing I'd like to say is that the lady with pink hair/dreads maybe went above and beyond and I appreciate her so much! Not only was she extremely helpful to me and my family I saw her stop and ask a kid that looked sad if he was okay the compassion that I saw from this lady and the care that she put into her job…
Would have been a 5 star but they need to work on seating. There should be a time limit on the seating area where you buy food. People take the tables and they aren't even eating food and will seat there for the whole time there kids are playing. You have to eat your food standing because no tables available.
There's a lot of different slides to choose from. The place is well lit and welcoming. I thought the place could be a little cleaner. But, I love the fact that it had security patrols. Security walks around taking stock of all people whether you're paying for slides or just there to join a party.
