Really enjoyed coming here. It’s new to the neighborhood and thought we’d give it try as it’s spring break. So glad we did. We made it before the rush about at 10:30 ish. My 10 yr old absolutely loves this place.
We had our son’s birthday party here and they had a great time. The facility was clean. I’m only leaving 4 stars because the minute our “time slot” was over for the party, the staff made all our kids/party guests get off the slides because our wristbands had expired.
Staff & General manager Nyree was very welcome and helpful! We had a hiccup with our reservation but Nyree got it taken care of quickly and with ease which made our experience from the get go 10x better. She even followed up with us when we were done making sure everything was good.
Very nice establishment for big kids/teenagers or even the adult kids at heart. This place was a thrill seeker for my 10 year old son. His school held the fundraiser for his school dance here and must say it was a great choice.
