Very well maintained with super helpful and friendly staff! Each time my kids went on an attraction (zip line, climbing wall, etc) they made sure to explain the safety procedures and encouraged them the whole way!
Had an amazing time at Surge with my son Daniel. The workers were so kind, especially Mason Morton, who was so kind and patient with my son. Excellent service and staff; would recommend to anyone who wants to spend time with their children in an amazing establishment with exceptional staff!
Austin and Chloe are the best. Funnest place on earth. If your lucky, you get chill workers who aren't as strict as others. Great customer service, nice bathrooms, cold water fountains 👌 Only downside is that the prices are kinda high
My grandsons enjoyed every minute. Jordan helped us understand the facility and the rules. She was so kind and friendly. My new friend Noah encouraged me to take pictures and recordings to capture memorable moments. Safety and fun were priorities with the entire staff.
