What parents say
We really enjoyed this place! I almost didn't go today because of the negative reviews but I thought the staff was very nice and welcoming. The manager (I thought he was the owner but the owner is an investment company that is basically uninvolved) was really nice. He came over and chatted with me a bit..
You know, from outside you don't realize how awesomely big it is inside. We had a blast and even when my wife and I sat in a room to relax, the tv video feed gives you live video so you can watch your kiddos from virtually anywhere in there.
My kiddos had a blast! This was our first time here and I was a little worried after reading the reviews but decided to try it out and so glad we did! Great place to bring kids of all ages to play.
I had a great time here with my daughter it would be even better if they had a small food area in the building as well as more of a drink selection and sitting space. $16 a person is a bit much especially when most of the parents don't jump it makes no sense If they are there to mainly supervise.
