I can't say enough positive things about Trampoline TRIM. For the first time in quite some time, I am actually excited to attend my workout! The founder, Tiffany Marie, and one of the other regular instructors, Tiffany Ruiz, truly create a welcoming environment for all.
Took the Trampoline TRIM class and it was genuinely so fun and a great workout mix of strength, cardio, and balance/stability work. I felt sweaty and challenged, but the class was well paced with rest breaks. I’ve taken lots of different group fitness classes, and Tiffany is a great instructor.
If you want to try a FUN workout that gets you sweating, you gotta try trampoline trim!! This is the first form of cardio I actually look forward to!! The music is great, everyone is so welcoming, and the energy from the coaches is the best!
