Friendly and fast service! We've been looking everywhere for a replacement mat for months now. It's been maybe a week since we ordered the mat and we picked it up and installed it today. We went with Trampoline World because it was better quality than our previous mat and other replacement mats being sold.
What a great experience! The staff is amazing! We ordered a mat and a pad to cover the springs. They took our measurements and had it built in 3 weeks. They were upfront about the time frame, which didn't bother us a bit. Rome wasn't built in a day! They are so friendly and easy to work with.
Our trampoline had several holes on the mat, I consider just buying a new one but then I did a quick Google search and found Trampoline World, after reading all the positive reviews I decided to bring my mat in, I was greated by Tom who was super helpful and kind.
Just like the other reviews state, we were so impressed with the friendly, hard working staff at Trampoline World! Our old trampoline finally ripped through, but it turns out our square frame was kind of a custom size. Trampoline World made us a new mat at a great price! I can’t recommend them enough.
