What parents say
Trampoline replacement pad came in with white spots on black net part of material. Almost looks like paint splatter. Not satisfied. Update 03/31/2026: Chris reached out from Trampolines Down Under and offered a replacement pad set inspected prior to shipment or a heathy discount on the one we already received.
Outstanding Company and Product! They make a very solid, well-built trampoline system that exceeded my expectations in every way. We ordered an in-ground trampoline set a few years back and the kids absolutely love it. The ordering process was simple and the customer service was excellent. Our landscaper installed the trampoline 7 years ago and it has been awesome. It finally got a tear in it and I ordered a new top. So easy. Got to me in 2 days and installed like a dream. I would say I look forward to working with them again but the products last a long time so it will be a while
