I was here because my nephew had a party here POLO Thene super cute, and I have to say that this is a nice place for kids to play. But the place was very smelly. Like the carpet or the equipment wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. There is a need for staff to be efficient. You have to pay people well.
Visited Urban Air today for a birthday party, and my kids had an absolutely amazing time. The place is full of high-energy activities for every age—from little toddlers to teens—so there’s truly something for everyone.
Great place for birthdays. Basically a big indoor playground park. Lots of jumping, climbing and running. We typically spend 2-3 hours. Kids spend a lot of energy. Pizza is pretty bad, go for the nuggets.
Excellent — highly recommended! Before booking, I saw reviews mentioning a smell, but honestly, I didn’t smell anything. Everything was clean and perfect!!
