We visited this location yesterday for a birthday party. It was pretty busy for a party at 11am. Staff was very helpful and made sure the party mom of the bday we were attending had everything she needed. I'm thankful she picked to have tge party in a room instead of the open area.
Urban Air is a great place to have a young child's birthday party up to about pre teen. Our 10 year old had his birthday here and had a blast. Nasia took care of us and she was very kind and organized. We were able to come about 25 min prior to the party start which was nice to get our room decorated.
Excellent place! The staff is 10/10 — very friendly, professional, and they make your stay absolutely perfect. The place is super clean and spacious. The kids have tons of fun things to play with — jumping, running, climbing — and the laser tag guns are really good.
Urban Air was an amazing experience from start to finish! Lala and Ray was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was safe while still having fun. Everything was clean and well organized, and there were so many activities to do that nobody got bored.
