We had my granddaughter 's 9th birthday party there. It was on a Sunday and we were there from open until close. Everyone left when they were ready and all had a great time. Their staff was attentive and served the guests. Adults even played, including myself. Highly recommend even for fun and not a party!
Urban Air was a good place for our grandchildren to spend a couple of hours. They were 9-12 years old and enjoyed the facility. It was a clean and safe place for them. The staff was friendly and helpful. When checking we, we had the pleasure of meeting Peyton Huntley.
Juwan at the cafe provided excellent customer service and prepared great food! I was recently there Friday, ordered "Loaded Fries" I was served cold undercooked fries and wasn't satisfied at all with the shift that day.
We came to celebrate my son bday, and it was our first time here and Ms. Melissa helped us get tickets she was so kind, patient and helpful. And Demya(urban cafe) took our food order she was so nice and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!!
